strict press x 10

strength:
tuck planche 4 x 20s
tuck lever 4 x 20s

snatch grip deadlift 4 x 5
bench press 4 x 5
back squat 1 x 20RM @60%+

Cool Down:
Hanging Shoulder Circles x 20
​jeff curls x 20 (+20sec)
WOD:
Warm up
30 sec singles
30 sec 1 leg skipping e/s
15 snap press 
10 push ups
10 sit ups 

Strength 
20 mins to Build to a heavy 
3 bench press
60 sec double under practise
