You Don’t Need To Be Fit To Try Hydra Movement
What's Involved In A Free Trial Class?
The introduction session is a safe, enjoyable session aimed at introducing you to our methodology. You will join our scheduled classes and this is is designed for people brand new to any of the skills and strengths we train. We’ll go over what the session entails with you, teach you some of the basic foundational movements we use, and put you through a workout which you’ll be able to complete at your own pace, along with others and of course there will be plenty opportunities to ask questions.
p.s. please remember, we do not offer more than one trial class because we feel we would be doing our paying members a disservice.
