Passive active hang x 30
Scap push ups x 30
ROW X 500M
Row as fast as possible. Sub 2 is good, sub 1:30 is even better
Then complete within 2min work/rest sets
Max sets of
Handstand push ups
RUN X 800M
Run around the block as fast as possible. Sub 4 is good!
