high hang (hip) muscle snatch
power snatch 5 x 3 @ 70, 75, 80, 80, 75%
front squat 5 x 3 @ 70, 75, 80, 80, 75%
complete 10-9-8-7-6--5-4-3-2-1 reps on
deadlift @ 70/50kg
