Single Leg Skipping x 75 each leg
Balance for 1 min with your eyes on the same leg closed after you finish your skips
Complete 4 Rounds of:
a. Front Squat x 2 @ 80% w 2s pause
b. Harop Curls x 7
Romanian Deadlifts x 8 @ 50% of 1RM Deadlift
Run x 2km
