Hydra Movement: Strength is just the beginning!
Monday WOD 02/06/2014
We are at the halfway mark in the strength cycle and there's a fair few sore and hurting bodies. Not to worry it will pass. Remember this soreness is where the body learns to tide over, so don't simply take days off, as we will lose focus and give in to not pushing through the right kinds of pain. On the other hand, this is not a bad idea to book in a massage, see an acupuncturist, see your chiro for some remedial work. It will all come in handy as you start through break through this dark tunnel. It was wisely said - 'It is darkest before the dawn." persevere through the pain and you will reap the rewards in 3 weeks when we benchmark!
I have an osteo and an acupuncturist's details. So just ask me for the referral!
