Kids Classes and Workshops at Hydra

HAPPY NEW YEAR FOLKS

Along with the New Year, Its the START of something NEW, something BIG for the little ones. 
Hydra is rolling out its Kids Program and we are ready to launch it with our very first Summer Workshop. 

Over 45 min, our coaches will go over the program with the kids where they will learn to run, jump, balance, work on strength, flexibility and body awareness among other important physical qualities.

We will also be releasing term dates for the kids program for the year so parents can book them in accordingly

Parents for kids of all ages must sign a consent form when dropping them off at the venue.
For the bubs aged 0-4years, there will be a requirement for the parents to either be part of or be in the building.

The cost for the 1 hour session will be $15 per child

Feel free to respond to us as a reply to this email regarding your attendance and we will organise the rest. 

There will be a Fruit Platter and some refreshments after the class so feel free to hang around for a couple of min after class.

Date: 20th of January 2018
Time: 9:00am - 9:45am for bubs 0-4years
          10:00am - 10:45am for kids aged 5-15
Where: Hydra Movement, 642 Mount Alexander Road,
             Moonee Ponds
