Pool wod will be held at Queens Park Pool and will be at a cost of $10 per head
200m Swim swap every 25m between strokes/ legs only/ no legs
Deep End Muscle up x 5 min
Complete 4 rounds of:50m Swim
15 Air Squats
*With 2:00 rest in between rounds, each round should be at 95%+ effort
*Scale pushups to knee pushups or :30 plank
*Scale swims/kicks to 25m if necessary.
*Know how you’re scaling before the workout begins.
Enjoy your chill swim/float/stand/stretch till the pool closes
