Skill/ Strength: (work at lighter weights to ensure a good lock out)
Strict Press x 20
Push Press x 20
Split Jerk x 20
EMOM for 13 min:
Front Squat x 3 @ 70% 1RM
Push Ups x 5
then complete a 500m Run AFAP
