Power 1A) 5X3 Touch &Go Power Clean & Push Jerk: work to a 3RM – rest 90 sec. 1B) 5X3 Jerk Balance: work to a 3RM (use blocks & drop every rep if possible) – rest 90 sec. Strength 2A) Back Squat:1X8@80%, 1X3@90%, 2X1@100% quick up and down with no pause every set – rest 2:00 2B) Weighted Push Ups: 4X3 work to a 3RM – rest 2:00 Post load o comments if you do this one Love it?
