People are getting stronger, hitting PBs and pushing their limits. Its great to see. Keep up the hard work boys and girls. One more week, then we break the cycle in week 7 for some light work, which will be more hand balancing and movement focused...should be fun with Coach Dave and Coach (mistress ...ahem) Loz.
