Conditioning warm up Complete 3 rounds of 200m run 15m bear walk 5 inchworm push ups Then Passive active hang x 30 Scap push ups x 30 Conditioning ROW X 500M Row as fast as possible. Sub 2 is good, sub 1:30 is even better Then complete within 2min work/rest sets Max sets of Muscle ups Handstand push ups Ketllebell swings Air squats cool down RUN X 800M Run around the block as fast as possible.
