July Nutrition Update Day 4

Day 4 was horrendous...ok well not that bad really. It was Ang's birthday party today and she had 7 of her friends over. OMG! Can you believe me with 7 screaming girls and me running behind them! Oh What a day.

So meals were still pretty good! We went to Cravin Crepes for lunch and I had a gluten free crepe with some Bolognese sauce. And then Anita made her famous burgers for Dinner! So much Food.

So on scale of 1 to paleo it was a 7ish kinda day.

Anyway Hope you guys Had a good weekend! The Birthday is done! 

Here are some tips if you have to go out guys


Tips On Dining Out

  • Never go to a restaurant starving, it’s better to have a snack an hour or so before going out to curb your hunger.
  • Pay attention to how you feel and stop when you feel full.
  • Ask for an espresso or a long black when ordering coffee.
  • Ask for extra veggies with your meal.
  • Ask for apple cider vinegar when and where available.
  • Focus on eating the mains, and not the sides. For e.g. eat more meat and veggies than potatoes
  • Stay away from the fried foods.
