Hydra Movement: Strength is just the beginning!
Pool wod will be held at Queens Park Pool and will be at a cost of $10 per head
warm up: 200m Swim swap every 25m between strokes/ legs only/ no legs Joint prep Skill Deep End Muscle up x 5 min Metcon: Complete 4 rounds of:50m Swim 15 Air Squats 50m Kick 15 Pushups 50m Swim Rest 2:00 *With 2:00 rest in between rounds, each round should be at 95%+ effort *Scale pushups to knee pushups or :30 plank *Scale swims/kicks to 25m if necessary. *Know how you’re scaling before the workout begins.
