Hydra Movement: Strength is just the beginning!
Dave's back for his day of handstands and it should be fun. he will be running the 6am and the 12.15pm class. I will be taking the 6pm class.
Dave will be away from next week for around 4-5 weeks as he is hitchhiking, leading the circus life - handstanding and juggling his way to sydney and newcastle. We wish him the best of luck for his travels and a safe journey.
