Hydra Movement: Strength is just the beginning!
This is the final day of benchmarking. If you have not benchmarked yet or would like to finish them off (especially if you are away over the weekend, then please endeavour (I have no idea why I used that word) to finish them off today!
Benchmarks for today Sprint 100m or Row 250m - (these will be run as a best of 4 attempts) 50 Burpees or 5 min whatever comes first. This is to be run on Sunday at 11.30am. So if you are not here, then this is when you do it! Love it? Let us know by commenting below!
