Apart from Handstands just being fun and a reminder of the thing you could do when you were a kid, they are an awesome skill to have and a great skill that develops good upper body strength, shoulder stability and makes your olympic weighting skills (jerks and snatches especially) really good!

Now, you might be thinking that Handstands are not for me or I can't put weight on my hands like that or I'm too much of a beginner to even think about that.

However, this is where we come in. Handstands are for everyone. If you are a beginner, we will teach you how to slowly put weight on your hands and build the confidence to slowly invert on them.
You will learn all the drills and skills you need before you go upside down.

And if you are someone who just wants to add hand balancing to your repertoire, then it's one of the most simple, yet challenging movements that we can work on with a great transferable strengths for overhead movements.
