WHAT CLASSES DO YOU RUN AT THE GYM?
Our classes include:
Olympic weightlifting - An awesome sport that includes the snatch and the clean and jerk, and all the accessory lifts like squats, deadlifts and presses.
Hand balancing - Learn how to handstand, no matter your level of expertise.
Upper body gymnastics strength - Body weight calisthenics, bar and gymnastics rings strength
Yoga - Ashtanga Yoga

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING CLASS?
All you need to bring is yourself, a towel and a bottle of water!
Your session will be run by one of our coaches, and will last 60-90 minutes (depending on the class).
Our Promise to You
Our facility is cleaned everyday and is COVIDsafe compliant. Hand-sanitisers are handy when required and QR codes are visible around the gym to check in. Your health and safety is of utmost importance to us.
