Meet Lou!

Lou is a truck driver. He works night shift and drives every night more than halfway to Sydney. He played Grid-Iron when he was a young boy but that was when he was 20. At the age of 48, he was overweight and came to me at over 150kg and with serious shoulder pain and a need to drop some serious weight. 

His resolve was ironclad and he wanted to lose weight and feel better, and reduce the pain in his shoulders.
Since starting with me at Hydra, Lou has dropped almost 15kg in 3 months, consistently getting healthier by eating and training well. 

For someone who couldn't run 100m without stopping to catch his breath for nearly 3 min after, Lou completed a 2km Row in 7.50min. and ran 2km in 13min (3 stop and walk breaks), back squats 120kg for reps and can gently swing on the monkey bars!
Lou has a long way to go - he has more energy now than ever before, he eats healthy, he finds an excuse to move where he can and does everything he can towards achieving a better life.

This is the kind of results I want for my students. Real and sustainable results. This achieves longevity at both a mental and physical level, thereby ensuring consistent growth for a student unlike a gunshot 6 week transformation which may or may not be sustainable.
