HYDRA MOVEMENT was established in 2011.
We incorporate many forms of training including Olympic Weightlifting, Handbalancing and Gymnastics Rings and Bar Strength into our curriculum. This has made us a force to be reckoned with in strength and conditioning. We believe that there is no one correct answer to solving the problems in the health and fitness industry.
